Victorian Rose was created for the Art with Heart contest. Each person is sent the same kit and may add any other items that they choose to. The only stipulation
is that you must at least 50% of the kit as well as the focal piece. Each kit also contained a "surprise"

used were: filagree piece, pink glass cabochon, seed beads, various pearls and flower beads, lacy stiff stuff, ultra
suede.
